This couples intensive is a highly personalized, trauma-informed therapeutic experience rooted in a Christian understanding of marriage as a covenant marked by grace and commitment to God. Each couple completes a comprehensive assessment and receives an individualized treatment plan, along with focused counseling, small-group support, and a follow-up session. With three therapists present throughout the intensive, couples receive deep, individualized care while also learning alongside others in a safe and supportive environment. The extended format allows for meaningful healing of attachment wounds, relational trauma, and communication breakdowns beyond what traditional weekly counseling or seminars can offer.

$1,500 to $5,100, depending on length, format, and clinician involvement

Insurance & Superbill Information

Do you accept insurance?

Rapha Counseling Services is an out-of-network provider. We do not bill insurance directly and do not participate in Medicare, Military OneSource, VA benefits, or HMO plans.

What is a Superbill?

We provide clients with a Superbill, which is a detailed receipt that includes:

  • Provider credentials

  • Session dates

  • Service and diagnostic codes​

​

You may submit this Superbill to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Will insurance reimburse marriage counseling?

Reimbursement varies by plan. Some insurance providers may reimburse partially or fully when counseling is tied to a diagnosable mental health condition. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to ask:
 

  • Whether out-of-network counseling is covered

  • What your deductible and reimbursement rate are

  • Any documentation requirements
