This intensive retreat is designed to guide couples on a transformative journey of self-discovery, connection, and purpose. With the themes of Mirror, Melting, and Mission, we invite you to reflect, melt away barriers, and embrace your unique mission as a single mother. Join us for a time of renewal, growth, and deepening your faith together.
SPEAKERS
Dr. Cyrus R. Williams III
Dr. Cyrus R. Williams III has a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and an Education Specialist Degree in Higher Education Leadership. He is a licensed mental health counselor. Currently, he is a faculty member in the Psychology and Counseling School at Regent University. He has a passion for working with young adults, adults, and couples with a wide range of marital, behavioral and adjustment issues including, relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, addictions, interpersonal issues, spiritual or relational issues, and career issues. Finally, and most importantly, he has been a member of New Life Church for years, he is committed to his faith, devoted to his wife, and is blessed with two children.

Katrina Askew
Katrina Askew has a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling from Regent University, with a Certificate in Clinical Mental Health. She worked in an advocacy role for six years at her local Crisis Pregnancy Center, serving a diverse group of women and families from all socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities, and faith, including at-risk youth. Katrina is experienced in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and PTSD. She offers a person-centered, non-judgmental approach to therapy and believes in enhancing personal strengths through encouragement and empowering perspectives. She believes in the healing power of relationships and values increasing connections and supporting families. Katrina is a Christian, a devoted wife and mother of three.

Tina Davis
Tina Davis serves as a pastor at New Life Church a multi -site, multi-ethnic church based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. She is the founder of “DNA”- a ministry to young women which calls them into their God given identity. With a focus on leadership, worship, and women, it is her passion and desire to see people walk in the fullness of who they are in Christ and recognize their identity and destiny found only in Him. She is a coffee lover and foodie and resides in Chesapeake, VA with her bestie and husband, Christopher, and their two cats- Quintessa and Pippin.

Stephanie Bradley-Blue
Ms. Stephanie Bradley-Blue is a Professional Counselor in Virginia Beach, VA with special training and skill in assessing patient mental health and treating cognitive, psychological, and behavioral disorders using a wide variety of therapy techniques. As a Professional Counselor, Stephanie Bradley-Blue performs diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders, providing therapy to clients in individual and group settings, research into advanced therapy techniques and applications, and referral to medical mental health professionals as needed . Professional Counseling is a healthcare specialty centered on providing mental and emotional guidance and therapy to treat mental, emotional, and addictive disorders. Significant diseases and conditions treated by Professional Counselors include anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), behavioral disorders, phobias, bereavement, marital hardship, attempted suicide, drug and alcohol addiction, sexual abuse, . Medical tests, procedures and therapies provided by Professional Counselors include psychotherapy, cognitive behavior disorder (CBD) therapy, crisis management, mental health assessment, intelligence quotient examinations, marriage counseling, one-on-one therapy sessions, anger management therapy, and stress management.
